Grants
Since beginning grant-making activities in 2005, we have awarded over $7 million in grants under our Community Grants Program to selected organizations around the state; committed over $4 million to fund Achieving the Dream: Community Colleges Count; and committed nearly $10 million to a College Readiness Initiative involving AVID and Navigation 101.
Our grantees support college access and success for low-income students in Washington state.
We encourage proposals:
- from communities throughout the state
- that utilize partnerships or shared resources
- with programs grounded in research-based methods
- that have measurable outcomes
